International Shipping

• International orders are prepaid only.

• Shipping charges depend on destination and parcel weight.

• Customs duties and local taxes are payable by the customer.

Exchange & Returns

• Report damaged, defective, or incorrect products within 24 hours of delivery.

• Exchange or return requests must generally be initiated within 5 days of delivery.

• Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.

• Returns are not accepted for personal preferences or minor colour variations.

• A ₹300 shipping charge may apply where applicable.

Refunds

• Approved refunds are generally initiated within 5 banking days after approval.

• Refunds are processed through the original payment method where possible, subject to applicable policies and law.

Order Cancellation
